Add demo for Texture2D and Xml source asset loading

Demonstrate use of RegisterSourceAssetLoader() to wrap Texture2D.FromFile and IntermediateSerializer.Deserialize<T>.
 
Once this is done, users can load unbuilt textures and custom types from xml in the same way they would load built assets, ie using
